Sarah Siegrist is our founder and CEO. With over 25 years of accounting experience, she’s the engine at the front of this train.

Dan Siegrist is our COO, He has 33 years of IT, engineering, management, and strategic planning experience. He’s, well, the coal that keeps the train moving.

Scott Brandstetter is our Business Development and Bookkeeping guru. He can guide you through the maze of turning your small business into a well-oiled sustainable machine. He has over 30 years of experience with helping a wide variety of clients become successful.

Staci Caryl is our Bank Reconciliation and super-star fund detangler. She has 26 years of accounting and software experience and is a master at finding the lost pennies that drive the rest of us utterly mad.

Kim Griego is one of our Lead Business Managers and is passionate about doing things the right way. She has 26 years of experience and goes the extra mile to keep our clients happy.

Kristi Ross is another one of our Lead Business Managers and has a knack for organization, accuracy, and comprehensive communication. When it comes to crossing “T”s and dotting “I”s, she’s miles ahead.

Madison Dayhoff is our Grants Funding Manager. She leads our shiny new Grants Management Department where she flexes her outstanding muscle at managing grants and keeping the funds straight and well-organized. She’s your BFF when it comes to AFRs and RFFs.

Nick Nichols is our Grants Funding assistant and is a valued partner in our newly minted Grants Management department. Nick helps our team with the juggling act of keeping all of the grant plates spinning in sync!

Peri Crabtree is a Payroll and Liability specialist who knows her stuff when it comes to hard and odd-ball questions. She’s your go-to for policy, practice, and implementation challenges and will get you on the right track.

Roxanna Chavez is a Payroll and Liability specialist. She makes sure that your employees are paid, the books are up-to-date with everything payroll-related and that your benefits and investment bills are paid on time.

Julianne Gruber is awesome at AP and logging Cash Receipts, and finding everything that’s hit the bank to make sure that all of the pennies are in the accounting system. She also is on standby for Payrolls and is handy with a catcher’s mitt just in case something else gets thrown her way.

In addition to the fine folks above, we have additional staff members who assist us with training, super-hard finance and tax questions, and a vast knowledge of all things school, school district, and non-profit finance. They’re at the ready to jump when the going gets tough.

Moving news! We’ve signed the lease on a cool new space. We have room for more people to help you out as well as conference and entertainment space.
